In the beginning... I never know what to write for the first post of a blog. In a way it's fun because its a blank canvas. In another it scary because it's a blank canvas. Today I registered for the Feaster Five, a 5K on Thanksgiving Day. Should be fun to do. I needed a goal. Today I'm starting the Couch-2-5K program so I don't have to walk the whole way. There is plenty of time to train for it so it begins. Whew! First post... done!
